Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Pawsanality. By using the service or purchasing a report, you agree to them.

Entertainment and general information

Pawsanality is designed mainly for entertainment and general informational use. Quiz results, interpretation labels, reports, and suggestions are not veterinary, medical, diagnostic, behavioral, emergency, or safety advice, and are not a substitute for an examination or advice from a qualified professional.

Do not rely on Pawsanality for urgent, medical, welfare, or safety-critical decisions. Contact a veterinarian or an appropriately qualified behavior professional about sudden, severe, painful, dangerous, or concerning behavior. In an emergency, contact a local emergency veterinary service.

Purchase and delivery

Each full personalized report is a one-time purchase of $5.99 USD. It is not a subscription. Applicable taxes are calculated during checkout by Polar. Polar is the merchant of record and processes the transaction under its buyer terms.

The digital report is delivered immediately after Polar confirms the order as paid. A free or discounted order is treated the same way after confirmation. Refunds and other mandatory buyer rights remain subject to applicable law and Polar’s buyer terms.

Your report link

A paid report includes a private, reopenable link and a downloadable PDF. Anyone who obtains the private link may be able to open the report, so you are responsible for storing and sharing it carefully. Contact support@pawsanality.com if you believe a link has been exposed.

Personal-use license

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to save and use your purchased report for personal, non-commercial purposes. Pawsanality, its design, software, and report format may not be copied, resold, or used to create a competing service.

Availability and limitations

We aim to keep purchased reports available, but continuous or permanent availability cannot be guaranteed. Download the PDF for your own records. The service may change, pause, or stop, and local quiz progress may reset when an incompatible assessment version is released.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pawsanality is provided “as is” without guarantees that results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
